Aug 18 - Sept 10----$1,575.00 Fall Sept 10- Oct 28--------------------$1,275.00 Winter Oct 28 - Mar 3 -----------------$1,075.00 *Snowbirds Please Call for Monthly Rates *Spring Break....$2075/week Extra charge for Holiday's may apply. Tax: 11.5% Florida Tax Golf Cart: Free** With summer weeks. ** Students are not Eligible for Golf Cart (It is not included with homes for Student Rentals) Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home. Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day. Damage Deposit: $500 - $2,000 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in order. Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card payments.
