This BRAND NEW 6 bedroom 5.5 bath vacation house has 4 master bedroom suites (2 on the 1st floor), a king and kids room that share a Jack-n-Jill bath, queen aero bed and sleeps 20 guests! The Big Beach House offers 2 living rooms…great for the large group:), 10′ ceilings on the 1st floor and vaulted ceilings on the 2nd floor. There is a spacous deck off the front of the home with gulf views and a screened porch and pagora in the back of the home, overlooking the private heated pool. Only 3 minutes from the beach, an easy walk… or ride the street legal golf cart that comes with the home! Located in Crystal beach this home is very central in Destin, only minutes from great shopping and great restaurants.
Rental Rates
Rates are quoted for 12 people. Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day. Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in order.
