This Destin vacation rental has two fully furnished and equipped houses, a main house and a guest cottage. The main house has three bedrooms and three baths, and the guest cottage has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first level. Both vacation homes have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Ideal for a family vacation, this Destin beach house has all the comforts of home away from home!
Largo Mar is the perfect rental for a large family vacation, group rental, event rental, or friend vacation; the home comfortably sleeps up to seventeen guests. The main house has one king bed, two queens beds, one trundle, one twin matters, and a sleeper sofa. The guest cottage has one kind bed, one queen bed, and one sleeper sofa.
Enjoy the afternoon relaxing by the private pool on the deck, soak in the large garden tub, or read a book on the balcony. Your family will love the short walk (500 feet) to the beautiful white sands and emerald green waters.

Rental Rates
Rental Rates: Rates based on 12 guests, $100 per person per week for extra guests up to 17 max. Spring: February 25th - May 23rd $2,850/week Spring Break $2,850/week Early Summer:May 11th-24th $3,475/week Peak Summer: May 23rd - August 08th $4,700/week, (4th of July week, $5200/wk) Summer Discount: August 09th - August 29th $3,475/week Fall: August 30th - October 24 $2,300/week Off Season: October 25 - February 21 $1,600/week Thanksgiving, Christmas weeks:$1,995/week Sat to Sat 7 night minimum rentals only from May 1 to Aug 10, 4 night minimum other times of the year. There is also a $500.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded within seven days after check out). Main House can be rented separately in off season. Rental Rates: Spring: February 28th - May 18th...............................$1,350/week Spring Break...........................................................$1,650/week Summer Discount: August 11th - September 14th..........$1,975/week Fall: September 15th - October 19..............................$1,350/week Off Season: October 20 - February 28.........................$1,075/week Thanksgiving, Christmas weeks:..................................$1,500/week There is also a $500.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded within 7 days after check out).
