Add $100 per additional person. Sleeps 10. Snowbirds Please Call for Monthly Rates *Spring Break....$2075/week Extra charge for Holiday's may apply. Tax: 11.0% Florida Tax Pet Fees run from $150-$300 Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home. Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day. Damage Deposit: $500-$1000 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in good order. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted.
